Worcester holding her own
The view from inside the Heart of the Commonwealth isn’t always and everywhere pleasing, but those who live and work in Worcester should know that the city is holding its own in comparison with much of the country.
Alan Ehrenhalt’s address last Tuesday — part of The Research Bureau’s series “Cities: Mapping the Road to Success” —may not have evoked exciting, upbeat headlines, but Mr. Ehrenhalt did point to a recent Brookings Institution report that makes clear Worcester is doing quite well.
