I read with interest Albert Southwick’s column “A look at JetBlue’s prospects” (Telegram & Gazette, Dec. 12) and felt compelled to respond.
Massport does indeed believe the future is bright at Worcester Regional Airport, which is why we are investing in the airport as bullishly as we are; more than $100 million over 10 years. A recent study by Frasca shows the investment is worthwhile. But we realize the airport, like any aviation facility in New England, is not without challenges.
