The awards were presented to Thomas Barrett, the Worcester public schools’ coordinator of buildings and grounds; Nicole Cooney, the Worcester Public Works and Parks Department’s finance manager; Michael Daigneault, the DPW’s assistant director of water in the department’s water division, and Adam Furno, working foreman for the Douglas Highway Department. The recipients were announced last month.
