WORCESTER — The Worcester Regional Research Bureau has announced the 2014 recipients of the Thomas S. Green Public Service Award, which are given each year to five city employees who have “made outstanding contributions to public service.”
The winners are Sandra Borbone of Worcester Technical High School, Kathleen Donovan of Worcester Inspectional Services, Paula Harrity of the Worcester Public Schools, Jessica Jacques of the City of Worcester Cable Service and Julie Lynch of the Worcester Department of Public Works and Parks.
