WORCESTER – Keeping students in Worcester after they graduate from the city’s many colleges is a challenge that needs to be addressed on many fronts.

That was one conclusion of a panel Thursday at Assumption College, which brought together educators, businesses and recent graduates to consider how to retain graduates in the region.

Nikki DiOrio, of the Assumption career development and internship center, said that one of the biggest challenges was connecting graduates with the jobs that are available in the region.
