WORCESTER – Recently retired Shrewsbury Town Manager Daniel J. Morgado will be presented with the Fairman C. Cowan Municipal Leadership Award.
The Worcester Regional Research Bureau will present the award to Mr. Morgado at its 32nd annual meeting at 4:30 p.m. Oct. 12 at the DCU Center.
The award is given to a person of remarkable merit, one who leads with purpose and passion and has made significant contributions to his or her community.
