According to a Worcester Regional Research Bureau report released in June, which cited data from the MBTA, total and average monthly weekday ridership has been steadily increasing since June 2020, approaching 90% of pre-pandemic levels. Weekend ridership has exploded and has exceeded pre-pandemic since April 2022.
