How to lure citizens to the polls?
When President Barack Obama spoke at the Worcester Technical High School graduation last June, he encourage the graduating seniors to engage and participate in government at all levels.
“Don’t boo, just remember to vote,” Mr. Obama told the graduates.
Following up along those lines, The Research Bureau has used the president’s words as the title of its latest report, which looks at civic engagement in Worcester.
