The Worcester Regional Research Bureau announced it awarded Philip and Gale Morgan its Fairman Cowan Municipal Leadership Award.
“Titans of Worcester industry, the Morgan Family name connotes five generations of civic and corporate leadership. Exemplars of that involvement, Flip and Gale, like the wire rods carefully crafted by Morgan Construction Company for more than a century, linked and held firm countless aspects of the region’s business, higher education, and cultural communities. Their involvement and insight led many a Worcester organization to new heights. To us most importantly, their personal commitment to The Research Bureau through friendship, leadership, and generosity has been without match,” said Research Bureau Chair Abraham Haddad.
The Morgans received the award at the Research Bureau’s 33rd annual Meeting on December 11 at the DCU Center.
