WORCESTER — With all five district City Council races contested, a debate between the 10 candidates turned contentious at various points over the course of a two-hour forum Oct. 15.
The debate was the fourth in a series of five sponsored by the Worcester Regional Research Bureau and the Worcester Telegram & Gazette, and hosted by Mechanics Hall.
