We celebrated Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Day on Monday. Like Dr. King, I too have a dream. Someday I want my neighborhood, and all neighborhoods in Worcester, to experience and be a part of the current “Worcester Renaissance.”
This is my dream…
One day, I imagine I will be able to step out of my house on West Boylston Drive on an early summer morning before the hustle and bustle of another day. Like my neighbors, I’ll be able to choose to walk, jog or run on the 4½-mile Indian Lake Community Loop Path circumnavigating Indian Lake, a path that was designed to bring walkability and access to the lake, its parks and surrounding open spaces.
