A new dashboard tracking Worcester Public Schools’ (WPS) progress over the past four years finds that, in many measures, student learning is improving. But more needs to be done on health and wellness, according to the Worcester Regional Research Bureau (WRRB).
The WRRB, in collaboration with the Worcester Education Collaborative this week launched a dashboard tracking the progress of WPS’s five-year strategic plan from 2023 to 2028. The plan aims to improve six areas: equitable resources and educational programs, acquiring and retaining staff, modernizing facilities, engagement with families, health and wellness and culture and climate.
